Reach founders on the day they need you.
A team that has just finalized its equity split needs formation documents, a tax filing, a brand and a website — this week, not this quarter. Pie Divide introduces you at that moment, one partner per request.
The directory opens shortly. Applications are being accepted now.
Why these introductions are different
Most lead marketplaces sell the same enquiry to four or five businesses and let you fight over it. This is the opposite arrangement.
One partner per request
When you accept, the founder gets your details and the request closes. Nobody else is sold the same introduction.
The trigger is real
Requests come from teams that completed a split and unanimously approved it — not from someone filling in a form to see a price.
You choose to accept
Nothing is assigned to you. You see the request, decide whether it fits, and decline at no cost if it does not.
Disputable, and billed weekly
Every accepted introduction has a 72-hour window to raise a problem, and you get one invoice a week rather than a charge per lead.
How it works, precisely
No placement fees, no subscription, and no percentage of what you go on to bill.
You list your practice
Your category, where you work, what you do, and your credentials. We verify licensure and registration details before you appear.
A founder finds you
Teams browse and filter the directory themselves and send a request to whoever they choose. We do not assign, route or recommend.
You accept or decline
Declining costs nothing. Accepting reveals the founder’s contact details to you and yours to them.
One invoice a week
A flat fee per accepted introduction — one price for every partner and every category, shown before you accept. Everything accrues to a single weekly invoice.
How the directory is ordered
Stated plainly, because you should know what affects where you appear.
Founders filter by category and location, and order the results themselves. Where we apply a default order, it is built from disclosed, objective factors: how quickly you respond to requests, how many reviews you have from teams you actually worked with, and how long you have been active on the platform.
You cannot buy position. There is no paid placement, no sponsored slot and no promoted listing. We do not evaluate the quality of your work, rank you against your peers, or tell a founder that one professional is a better fit than another. Choosing is the founder’s job, and the information we show them is there to help them do it.
Pie Divide is not a law firm, an accountancy practice or a referral service, and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
Who we are looking for
Founding teams need the same handful of professionals, in roughly the same order, every time.
Lawyers
Formation, founder agreements, IP assignment and papering the split that was just agreed.
Accountants & CPAs
Entity setup, elections with hard deadlines, bookkeeping and the first year of filings.
Designers & developers
Identity, brand and the first version of the product or site.
